    Hey there,

If you are talking about issues with your WordPress backend I can’t see those fron your website, I would need a login.

That’s not the same issue however that you are referring to, that’s a front end issue. Your issue has been answered quite a few times already on this forum but basically means that another plugin is leaking their CSS/JavaScript into my plugin admin area.

If you say you have disabled all other plugins and still no luck then the only other thing remaining is your theme, have you tried switching that?

    Please advise

    Peter

I’m having the same issue as well. I have the pro plugin and it’s authenticated with the licence but none of the drop down setting options are working. I’ve tried chrome and Firefox and the same issue. Can you advise? It’s pointless having all these options in a paid plugin if I can’t use most of them.

    Hey Shaula,

This is not an issue with my plugin and nothing to do with not being able to use options for a pro license. It is also not a Firefox vs Chrome or any browser issue. This is a separate problem caused by other plugin/theme developers.

Did you do the steps of finding if it is the theme or a plugin by disabling them until it starts to work for you?

    Please advise

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

I’ve gone through and disabled all other plugins and tested but the options are still grey on hover and don’t expand on click. Any other thoughts?

    Hey Shaula,

And did you switch to the default theme?

If that doesn’t work please send login details via my contact form and I will take a look.

    Please advise

    Hi all,

For future users and as per the suggestions in this thread the theme was the issue as switching themes fixes the issue.

If you are experiencing this issue too please speak to the theme developers and ask them to stop leaking their CSS and JS into other peoples plugins as it’s really bad practise.

    All the best

    Peter
