    The plugin said I can try for 14 days and receive a refund if not satisfied. After using this for a few hours after purchase this is not something I would like to continue using. Can you please let me know the process for receiving a refund?

    I tried the responsive menu. I just bought it, turns out I had some java script failure.
    I tried fixing, did everything in my knowledge but its not working at all. I wish to get a refund please.

    Hi, I was also trying to write about a refund request, and only found a link to do it searching this forum, since I do not see “My contact form” anywhere around. After finish writing it would not pass the reCaptcha, tried refreshing the page and nothing. I am writing here as a “last hope”. Thank you in advance for your help.

    I applied for a refund because of a java script problem, you guys asked, what kind of a problem is it, and I replied and I haven’t heard anything from you guys! Can I get any response?
    I don’t want to cross my trial period to get my refund.

    it’s ok I deactivated the plugin and delete it.
    I don’t want to run a failed plugin on my website, my customers are confused.
