I have a site that is not allowing an update, even though it says I have a valid license. (I have a Multisite license and have no problem on any other websites)
I’ve tried deleting and reentering my license and saving… But that didn’t help.
In looking at other threads about the problem you’ve noted that
“Your web host allows external connections – this is required as your site needs to contact my site to check that the license is valid.”
In order to actually update, the site would naturally have to contact your site to be able to *get* the update… I’m wondering if I might be running into an issue of the update being blocked by the security I have on the site.
Is there an IP address or IP range used for updating that I can whitelist to see if my security measures are causing the problem?
