Version 1.0.9 of the Pro Version includes the following fixes:
- Added absolute paths to file inclusions
- Added ability to set menu title text location (top, bottom, left, right)
- Added ability to set menu title text line height (useful for above)
- Fixed width on custom menu images for consistency
- Added class to body when menu is opened
- General bug fixes
